For the majority of 35 mm film cameras the answer is no, the reworking and cost would be too great, especially as lenses have been evolving as effectively as cameras. Specialized cameras such as multispectral imaging gear and astrographs continue to serve the scientific, military, medical and other specific purposes for which digital photography was invented. Digital cameras are incorporated into a lot of devices ranging from PDAs and mobile phones.
